Normal opening days
Every Saturday and Sunday, all Belgian and Dutch public holidays and all public holidays.
Visiting hours
6 visits per day:
- 11:00 / 12:00 / 13:00 / 14:00 / 15:00 / 16:00
Tour languages
- Guided tours in French and Dutch.
On Saturdays, guided tours in German at 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00.
Visitor information documents in English and German are available.

- Adults: €12
- Children / students / seniors 65+: €10
- Children under 6: free
- Dogs allowed on a leash: free
Additional days without reservation
Visits on Wednesdays: Outside the usual opening days, a visit without reservation is also planned on Wednesdays at 2.30pm only.

- Schools: all year round by prior arrangement, with preferential rates during the week.

Location
Located in the heart of the Eastern Townships and the Hautes Fagnes, the castle of Reinhardstein tops a rocky promontory, from which springs a waterfall, and overlooks the Warche, 800 meters downstream of the dam of Robertville
The caslte is only accessible on foot : cars and busses need to stay in the parking lot located 550 meters away.
